This is a multi-purpose carrier fitted with a cargo platform and turning jib-type crane. It is intended for self-loading/unloading and is based on the chassis of the MT-3 carrier.
The jib-type crane has two degrees of mobility, viz. around its axis and upward/downward.
The upward/downward movement of the jib is ensured by a cylinder being fed by the hydraulic system of the tractor.
The turning is carried out with the aid of a mechanical contrivance manually (in the same way as other similar jib-cranes are controlled).
