| A delegation of the Kharkiv Morozov Machine
Building Design Bureau participated in the IDEF-2001exhibition in Ankara
(Turkey). The following mock-ups were demonstrated: M60
battle tank upgrade, BTMP-84 heavy infantry
fighting vehicle and YATAGAN main battle tank. |

| T-84 MBT was
demonstrated to representatives of OSCE member-countries on the Yavoriv
training ground near the city of Lviv (West Ukraine). |

| 10 T-84 main battle
tanks manufactured by the Malyshev Plant took part in the military parade
dedicated to the 10th anniversary of Ukraine's independence.
Also demonstrated during the parade were upgraded
T-64 battle tanks.

| The first 15 Pakistani Al
Khalid MBTs successfully underwent approval trials and were acepted
for service with the Pakistan Army.
Powerpack compartments for these tanks were supplied by Ukraine.
